Welcome to the Team – Thomas Figueroa joins Andy’s Recording Studio

We will expand the team again and we are blessed and proud to announce that Thomas Figueroa is joining Andy´s Recording Studio.

Thomas is an amazing Guitar Player, Composer, Arranger, Songwriter and Band Leader.
He studied in the USA at the GIT Institute and learned from the best, like:

🎓 Scott Henderson, Mike Stern, Larry Carlton, Tommy Tedesco, Carl Shroeder, Keith Wyatt, Dave Weckl – just to mention a few.

🏆 He was awarded “Best Personal Style” by Yamaha Guitars and holds a Berklee Master in Orchestration and Composition for Film & TV.

🌍 A truly international career:

… and is well-known here on the Canary Islands, of course.

🎶 He’s played with the George Duke Band and with Chuck Loeb’s fusion band Metro,
🎧 Produced tracks for various artists living in Fuerteventura,
🎷 Performed in Gran Canaria and Tenerife at the biggest Jazz Festival of the Canary Islands,
🎺 Played all four editions of the Jazz Festival in Lajares,
📚 And he teaches as a professor of modern music at the Island School of Music of the Cabildo de Fuerteventura.
